The Hair Bow Box is a monthly subscription box service dedicated to your little girl. We offer three different subscription services for girls of all ages.
The Ultimate Bow Party This box is monthly curated themed box designed for girls ages 3 months -12 years old. All the boxes except for the Teen Box come with 5-6 hair bow, hair accessories and goodies each month. The Teen boxes come with 3-4 hair accessories and a statement piece of jewelry.
The Minis Collection With this collection, you can choose to receive your bows on an alligator clip or nylon headband. Each month you will receive 3 bows. This box is recommended for newborns and older.

Yes, you can! You can go from The Minis Collection to The Hair Bow Box: The Ultimate Bow Party, to The Spirit bow and vice versa.
Absolutely! Subscription boxes purchased as a gift. These boxes do not automatically renew. When purchasing subscription for yourself or someone as a gift please be sure to check your email or tell the recipient to check theirs. In order for a gift subscription to be fulfilled it must be claimed by the recipient, and the only way to claim it is through a link that will be provided to the recipient's email address.
Yes, to skip a subscription just log in and make any necessary changes.
The best way to do this is to select the give a gift subscription term as this does not renew. When you place an order through the regular subscription process the subscription will renew each month.You can log into your account to skip and cancel renewals at anytime,. **We do not offer refunds if you forget to cancel.**

Yes, all packages will ship USPS and you will receive a tracking number as soon as they ship.
We ship the Ultimate Bow Part and the Mins Collections between the 5th and 10th of each month. The cutoff date is the 5th of each month. If your order is placed after the cutoff date your order will be shipped the following month. If we have supplies available for the current month we will ship your bows right away.
*Depending on the subscription service you choose your shipments sometimes will ship earlier so that you can get them in time for the holiday. For example, the July box will ship in June for The Ultimate Hair Bow Party Box. We will adjust the ship dates according to the holidays.
Shipping for The Hair Bow Box: The Ultimate Bow Party is free. For The Minis Collection ships for is $3 each.
Billing is different based on the subscription you choose. The Minis Collection renews (bills) every month on the 5th of the month. The Hair Bow Box Ultimate Bow Party renews on the 20th of each month. **We do not offer refunds if you forget to cancel.**

To receive the coming month's bows, you need to subscribe before the 20th of the month. The cut off could be sooner depending on quantities available. The header of the website will show what bows you will be receiving. If you sign up after the 20th, you will receive the following month's bows. For example, if you sign up January 20th your first shipment of bows will go out February 5th – 10th. If you subscribe on January 21st, your first shipment of bows will go out March 5-10th . Due to the holiday dates for Valentine’s day (February) and the 4th of July we will change the cutoff date to ensure you get you bows in time. * Please be sure to look at the website header to know what bows are shipping.

We hate to see you leave, but you can cancel at any time if you are on a monthly subscription plan. For The Minis Collection you must cancel before the 5th of the month, and the Hair Bow Box Ultimate Bow Party you must cancel before the 20th of the month to opt out of billing for the following month. If at anytime you cancel during an active subscription term (meaning you still have boxes to be shipped and you want to stop all remaining shipments) you will be subjected to pay cancellation fees.
